The books

Three books you open, not read.

Someone says something about ADHD at the school gate, or in your own head at two in the morning. You find the page, you read for two minutes, you close it. Written by someone with the same wiring, and where the evidence is thin, they say so.

  • The ten moments, the coverFor the adultThe ten momentsOne chapter for each place an ADHD day breaks. You cannot start. You cannot stop. You get to ninety percent and walk away. Each chapter names the moment, names the accusation you hear, says what is happening underneath, and gives you three steps.10 chapters. 38 pages. Open the one matching today.
  • I was that kid, the coverFor the parentI was that kidEight moments every parent of a fast-minded child knows, told from the inside by the adult who was that child. The after-school collapse. The handwriting. The argument they cannot drop. One thing to do tonight in each, and where the evidence is thin, it says so.8 chapters. 32 pages. Written to you, never to your child.
  • What is actually true about ADHD, the coverFor anyone who wants to checkWhat is actually true about ADHDEvery claim going round about ADHD, on one of four shelves. True. True, with a catch. Real, barely studied. Do not repeat it. The superpower line, the hunter gene, the sound which reaches a nerve, the number of years off your life: each gets a chapter, the reason, and the sentence to say when someone repeats it.51 chapters. 183 pages. Find the claim, read for two minutes, close it.

Two ways to get them

The books alone, or the room they were written for.

Every chapter was written next to a sound session. If you only want to read, take the books. If you want the sound too, explore the community and check its current membership details on Skool.

The three books

$37 once

  • All three, PDF and EPUB, yours to keep.
  • The edition for outside the community: chapters end at what to say, or at your two numbers.
  • Personal-use licence, printed inside each book.

Membership billing and cancellation terms are shown on Skool before you join.

The one measurement

Before anything you try, a chapter, a session, a walk, rate the noise in your head, one to ten. After, rate it again. Decide from your own two numbers, not from anything written here. They may show nothing.

Questions about the books

What do I get when I buy the three?

Each book as a PDF, laid out as a real book with its photographs, and as an EPUB for a phone or reader. The edition made for outside the community: every chapter ends at the sentence to say, or at your own two numbers. Inside the community the same chapters end at a sound session instead, because there the sessions are one tap away.

Are they long?

No, on purpose. Nobody with this wiring reads a book about this wiring from front to back. These are reference books. You open the chapter matching the moment, read for two minutes, and close it.

May I print them or share them?

Print them for yourself, yes. Sharing the files, posting them, or passing them on is not included in the licence, and it is what keeps them affordable. The licence page inside each book says the same in plain words.

Is any of this medical advice?

No. These are books by someone with the same wiring who checked what he could. Nothing in them replaces a doctor and nothing in them argues with one.
